It’s perplexing how we often belittle our best, deeming it not 'good enough'. Who crafted this benchmark for us? And why do we abide by it? These questions lurk in everyone’s mind, as we're adept at gauging our worth based on perceived external expectations. This self-inflicted judgment serves no one. It’s high time we halt this cycle. ❤️power-up!
My epiphany was recognizing the folly in perceiving myself as flawed whenever I erred. This mindset entrapped me in a vicious cycle of self-denigration. Despite my earnest efforts, I never felt 'good enough', but for whom? The amount of time squandered in this self-deprecating loop was staggering! ❤️power-up!
