🧠Quick update on my end: I'm feeling fantastic and that sums it up!
Â
Here's a nugget of insight I've been mulling over:
Blame and I were inseparable comrades. It was almost second nature to pin the cause of my circumstances on others. Why does blame seem to have a VIP pass to our thought process?Â
Â
The straightforward answer is, confronting our flaws isn’t a walk in the park.
Â
I believe part of the allure of blame is the illusion of complexity it presents. It convinces us that the solution to our quandaries is a cryptic puzzle akin to solving a Rubik’s Cube at lightning speed.
Â
Yet, the reality is far less convoluted. The finger of blame we extend outward is but a mirror reflecting our own shortcomings. Our critiques towards others often spotlight the very flaws we harbor within.
Â
If you find yourself on the blame bandwagon, you're in good company. It’s a universal theme, but awareness is the ticket to disembark from this cyclic journey. When the blame for lack of time is aimed at “x”, it's perhaps a cue to audit where your hours are being invested.Â
Â
Happiness isn't on a lease from external circumstances; it’s an in-house production. While fear and drama thrive in the blame game, self-love paves the way to morph into the best version of yourself you've envisioned.
Sending a wave of positive vibes your way! ❤️
