*Brainspirations is a series Jason created while going through treatment. We thought it would be best to share here, and we hope it helps.

Hope this finds who needs to see it! ❤️

Recent days have graced me with new brain buddies—kind souls who've shared their narratives with me. A heartfelt thanks to those who’ve reached out. It’s a soothing balm to discover the shared ride on the Emotion Coaster 5000 we’ve been on.
Â
This brain journey has unveiled a glaring truth—each of us faces our own battles! Our challenges loom large in our personal landscapes, each carrying a weight we wish to shed, a past we aim to move on from.
Â
And herein lies today’s lesson: Love envelops us, awaiting our recognition.
Â
The outpouring of love I’ve experienced has been overwhelming. I seldom talk about the internal war of disliking myself, grappling with low self-esteem, and the tendency toward self-sabotage. For eons, I believed I was undeserving of self-love. Those who’ve battled similar demons know the terrain well, while the fortunate ones among us might find it alien. This self-imposed invisibility can be a destructive force.
Â
Resonating with this? Know there's a divergent path awaiting your steps. A path where self-appreciation, forgiveness, and leniency towards oneself can blossom. Our collective dance with chaos and struggle might just be the mirror reflecting how we can cultivate self-love—by seeing our shared humanity.
Â
Could understanding and empathizing with your battles shed light on my own, steering me towards transformation rather than perpetuating chaos?
Â
While I don't hold all the answers, I’ve glimpsed the magic that unfolds once self-liking takes root. Did it manifest instantaneously? Far from it, but the mere belief in the possibility sparked a change.
Â
This budding journey, albeit intimidating, is bursting with promise. When was fear not a companion at the onset of new endeavors? Our fears, though personal, are a universal thread, assuring us of our shared human experience. Opting for a fresh perspective could perhaps illuminate not only our paths but those of others too.
Â
The love and support you've showered upon me and my family have been akin to collecting power-ups for the days when the road gets rocky.
Â
Today, I invite you to channel some of that love towards yourself. If you’re navigating through a storm feeling unloved, let me echo this: I see you. You're doing splendidly! Forge ahead, for life, with all its rough edges, is also filled with love—sometimes from the most unexpected quarters.
Â
Much love and unending thanks for the constant stream of good vibes!
