I’ve learned to focus on the small wins each day, stacking them up like building blocks. It’s so much easier than trying to fix everything in one go. We often glamorize the idea of perfection, thinking that if we solve it all at once, we’ll be fine. But when that doesn’t happen, we give up, thinking it was just another impossible dream.
Choosing Hope Over Fear
When we constantly focus on bad news or negative thoughts, how can we possibly find happiness? Instead of letting the doom and gloom take over, why not treat today as a chance to reset? Start there. When you notice an old habit creeping up, be brave enough to stop, take a breath, and choose a different path. Your story isn’t defined by the bad headlines you keep replaying in your mind. Hope is alive and real, but it’s tough to find if you’re always focused on what you don’t want.
