Finding Your Voice in the Noise
Do you ever feel like your voice gets lost in all the noise around you? Maybe you’ve fallen into the habit of not valuing yourself or your voice. But it’s time to reclaim it. This is your wake-up call to find your balance again.
When you hold back your unique contribution, you’re not just holding back from yourself—you’re holding back from all of us. Even on those days when everything feels lost and the way forward seems impossible, remember that spark inside you is still there. The love you’re searching for might feel hidden, but it’s usually sitting right next to your fear. It’s funny how often we put obstacles in our own way. Fear is sneaky, always trying to make us believe its lies.
Learning to Trust Yourself Again
I’ve often thought someone else had the answers I needed. But when I take a step back, I see that fear and doubt sparked those feelings. Being a recovering self-doubter has taught me to recognize these triggers, but sometimes they still slip through. I could keep beating myself up, but instead, I use my past experiences to empower myself. I catch those doubts before they drag me too far down. The best advice I can give is this: Every day is a chance to reset. Don’t carry yesterday’s problems into today. Each day gives you a fresh start, but you have to keep moving forward on your path of self-discovery.
Seeking Flow Over Force
We often believe that anything worth having must be hard to get. So, when our true path appears, we might ignore it, thinking, “This can’t be it.” We convince ourselves that only struggle and hustle bring value. But is that true? Think about it: When you’re in the flow, doing what lights you up, is it hard? When was the last time you struggled to do something you love? When passion drives you, do you really have to search for the energy to keep going?
Cut Yourself Some Slack
The frustration you feel comes from not knowing how to make this your everyday reality. We all get impatient; we want it now. But what you want isn’t necessarily what everyone else wants, so why follow someone else’s path? Maybe the answer is to seek the flow, not force it.
Give yourself some grace and remember that patience brings clarity, and action toward your goals brings results. Focusing on what you don’t want and trying to force what you do want only works against you. You’re learning right now, and this discomfort is preparing you for the life you’re about to step into—the one the world is waiting for, and the one you are, too. This change will bring you abundance and joy. Sometimes, we need to feel the opposite to appreciate it when it arrives. You are loved, supported, and doing great.
