'What if...' a phrase we often resort to, sometimes as a shield, sometimes as a sword. Ever noticed how frequently it pops up in your day? You'd be surprised!

It doesn’t always show up as 'what if,' nor does it always articulate itself. Mostly, it's a silent notion, rooted in our insecurities, concocting assumptions based on past ordeals we are reluctant to revisit. That’s a chunk to process in one go, isn’t it? Grammar may not be my strong suit, but we are here to delve deeper!

We've become adept at forecasting outcomes even before giving things a try. Engrossed in fabricating negative stories, we shy away from scripting one where luck smiles upon us. Here’s a gentle reminder - it's perfectly fine to be the hero of your story. In fact, we all need a hero, especially when it's self-crafted.

When the sails are set smooth, storytelling takes a backseat. However, an unexpected hiccup and suddenly, fear and drama seize the wheel. Prepare for turbulence, but remember, you're still the captain.

Stepping out of our way is the first step onto that shaky bridge towards change. It’s eerie and shrouded in the unknown, but is it gloomier than the stagnant spot you've been marooned in? The voyage towards self-love is indeed a rocky one, especially when self-criticism has been a long-term companion. It's draining, isn’t it?

Breaking the old mold is a challenge. Our brains orchestrate a grand resistance to keep us static. Yet, rebellion is the key! My brain concocted quite a dramatic nudge to steer me towards self-love. Don’t wait for a wake-up call to make the shift. 

The reins of choice are in your hands. Today, I root for you to choose YOU. It’s never too late, and love has always been your silent companion. Shove aside the naysayers and stride towards the unknown. Take a chance; what have you got to lose?
